I ran today after an over 2-wk. hiatus. Bad idea to take so long from running!! I admit I needed the break, though. But, now, it's back to hard-core running and training. I did only 3 miles today in the heat, humidity, and poor air quality. Note to self: Do NOT eat Taco Bell for lunch before any run. UGH! I don't care HOW hungry and in a hurry I might be on my lunch break, I won't be doing that again. I had to go register for this 15K we're doing this weekend and it took my entire lunch hour. I was hurting, badly, during my run tonight. Hopefully, the 9 miles won't be too difficult this weekend. We shall see!!!
